Custom CSS and colors are both fully supported.
My apologies. Custom colours are not, in fact, fully supported. Yet. I had intended to add the functionality before release, but completely forgot. It’s late now, but I’ll get this added tomorrow.
Custom CSS, however, is fully supported.
